CYC Waihola puts together this camp believing that the Bible is fully inspired by God and is the final authority on all matters of the Christian faith.<\/p>\n<p>The CYC Council expects campers to attend all meetings, fully support the camp programme and happily observe the posted camp rules. You will also be expected to assist with camp duties<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Accommodation at Camp<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>There is limited accommodation that is available to those who attend as a family in our chalets and bunk-rooms &#8211; our on-site accommodation is allocated after registrations\u00a0close, according to most need.<\/li>\n<li>CYC also has caravan points or you may choose to stay off site in local motels, camping grounds or B&amp;B\u2019s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Activities at Camp<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>KidzTime Primary school aged children will be looked after Family Worship during the morning speaking sessions in the downstairs area under the kitchen.<\/li>\n<li>Teenagers will be expected to attend the both of the speaking session in the morning and evenings. After the evening session there will be a teenage program for them to attend with parental permission.<\/li>\n<li>Family Activities Each afternoon at camp there will be organised activities for families &#8211; these may include geocaching, paint-ball, adventure-based activities, treasure hunts, family tabloid sports competition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Camp Speakers<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/cycwaihola.org.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/speakers-012.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1945\" title=\"Speakers\" src=\"http:\/\/cycwaihola.org.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/speakers-012.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"374\" height=\"633\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cycwaihola.org.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/speakers-012.png 374w, https:\/\/cycwaihola.org.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/speakers-012-118x200.png 118w, https:\/\/cycwaihola.org.nz\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/speakers-012-177x300.png 177w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 374px) 100vw, 374px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Cost of Camp<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<div>There is no fixed charge for the camp however it does cost CYC to run this camp so it is expect that those attending will contribute what they can.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\"><strong>Arrival and Departure Details<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nYou can arrive at camp from 4.30pm to start unpacking and setting up but the official Family Camp program starts with tea in the Main Lodge at CYC Waihola at 5.30pm on Monday evening (21st April) and finishes on Friday (25th April) after lunch and clean-up about 2pm.<br \/>\nYou will find CYC Waihola on Finlayson Road, about one kilometre from State Highway One in Waihola. In Waihola turn left away from the lake at the Challenge Service Station.
