Our annual Work & Fellowship Camp is where we get all those major projects underway and odd jobs completed around CYC. It is also a time to share the vision of CYC Waihola with each through fellowship, discussion and great food. Worklists are below the registration form.

Catering Crew:
Tools needed: Nil
Worklist:
- Cater for the weekend ‘s attendee’s using food from CYC freezers and pantry
Fencing Crew:
Tools needed: Farm Fencing tools
Worklist:
- New water slide fence
- Finish electric fencing (with switches) of new Homestead service driveway
- Finish new fence / gates install at Horse Arena pathway
- Install new gate, netting and electric fencing around sewerage shed area
- Install electric fence wire down creek from burning heap to boundary to protect trees
- Bring electric fence power to Main Lodge side of property
- Electrify the go cart paddock creek fence with switches
Homestead Reclad Crew:
Tools needed: Painters brushes, Hammers, General DIY tools
Worklist:
- Help MMM reclad the homestead
Pruning Crew:
Tools needed: Pruning Ladders, Chainsaw, Forestry Pruning Tools
Worklist:
- Prune pine trees behind horse arena
- Prune Macrocarpas behind tanks
- Prune pine trees above go cart paddock
Roofing Crew:
Tools needed: General DIY tools
Worklist:
- Fix bunkroom spoutings
- Fix main lodge spoutings
- Fix manager’s house roof
- Fix Chalet 4 roof
Building Crew:
Tools needed: Power tools, Paint-brushes, etc.
Worklist:
- Construct office steps and ramp
- Paint office soffets
- Dismantle homestead creek bridge railings and replace
- Install new homestead creek safety fence
Gardens and Grounds Crew
Tools needed: Garden Gloves, Gardening Tools, Garden Power Tools
Worklist:
- Weed-eating banks
- Weed gardens
- Trim hedges
- Waterblasting concrete pathways
- Pruning trees
