NZ is a big playground – get into it on our annual tramping camp. This year we will be tramping in the Snowden Forest area near Mavora lakes – so tramping camp will be epic.
Some of the scenes for Lord of Rings was filmed in this area (see this link – http://www.doc.govt.nz/parks-and-recreation/places-to-go/lord-of-the-rings-locations/#nen-hithoel) so hopefully we don’t run into any Orcs. 🙂
This years tramping camp will include so tenting as well as a hut so be sure to pack some warm clothes.
