Because CYC Waihola is an OSCAR-approved childcare service, we have a bit of paperwork and training for you to complete before camp, but we've made this as simple as possible and you only need to do it once every 3 years!

First Time Leaders
1. Fill out this Ministry Staff Form
2. Fill out sections 2 and 3 of this Police Vetting form and make sure you’ve sent pictures of 2 ID’s (front and back). These take 4-6 weeks to return to us from the police, so please fill this out asap! You can also upload this to the Ministry Staff Form above.
3. Complete our Leaders Training
Returning Leaders
1. Fill out our Details Update so our contact info for you is current.
2. Fill out sections 2 and 3 of this Police Vetting form and make sure you’ve sent pictures of 2 ID’s (front and back). These take 4-6 weeks to return to us from the police, so please fill this out asap! You can also upload this to the JotForm above.
3. Complete our short Leaders Refresher
Cooks
1. Fill out this Ministry Staff Form or Details Update if you’ve volunteered at CYC before.

3. Complete our Cooks Training
4. Recommended (not mandatory): Complete our Leaders Training or Leaders Refresher if you’ve volunteered at CYC before.
Speakers
