CYC Waihola loves horses – we have lots of them and we know you love Horses as well … so come along on our Horse Trekking camp and feel the love with other like minded people.
There are no smelly engines or loud motorbikes at this camp – just the crisp clean country air as you ride through farm and forest amongst some spectacular scenery.
This ‘sweet as’ camp will have you trekking through the back country in serenity and quiet on the back of a horse to places that give you awesome views with some other pretty cool people. Get into God’s creation and explore it.
CYC Waihola has available approx 10. horses to campers however the enrolments that require a horse will be on a ‘experiential basis’ rather than ‘first in first served’ as not all our horses are suited for beginner riders.
