The 2017 Tramping Camp will be tramping around the Monowai-Green Lake track and will includes a breathtaking views of the Fiordland Mountains and western Southland Plains.
The plan is:
* Friday 15th December – Leave camp and stay a night somewhere close to our starting point.
* Saturday 16th December – start tramping early the Borland Saddle through to the Monowai Hut
* Sunday 17th December – tramp from the Monowai hut up and over the tops down to the Richardson Inlet Hut
* Monday 18th December – tramp from Richardson Inlet Hut through to the Green Lake hut with a side trip up to the tops
* Tuesday 19th December – tramp out from Green Lake hut back to the carpark
